Complaint Review: starbucks

1. Racist employees toward customers biased treatment discrimation yelling at customers belitllte berate customers daily especially if they dont like you bag if its not designer or you look poor or homeless they will mistreat you and abuse you to humiliate if you dont tip or if youre not an official of santa barbara city.

2. they only want tourists in the cafe who tip.  a tall racist asian girl who is abusive  to customers snaps at them yells and a white american tall girl with short dyed red hair has yelled at various customers she dislikes in the store.  she hates cleaning the restrooms and yells in the cafe. intimidating cafe to have coffee. there is no peace of mind.

3. the supervisors are two men who look too skinny and bully anyone who complaints or doesnt buy something in a minute is shouted out and told to leave.   this is repeated behavior for years under Diego Cota former DM managment is also an illegal mexican. 

4. people who complain about bad service are either banned or degraded. he hires gang members mexicans with tatoos visible inside arms and hands and fingers.  employees dont wear uniforms.  they wear exposing tops to show too much skin and chest or cleavage.  they dont respect nor like corp policy on everyone welcome in the cafe, they gossip about customers they hate. they also gossip about people they deem as homeless and shone them or pay off sbpd to have false charges filed on them.  

5. they bully people using wifi and tell them they have been there too long if an hour goes by or its been 3 hours even after they bought coffee or snacks they are told to get out by a chubby american white girl with l.ong brown hair and another girl tall dyed red hair.  they stalk the customers. 

suspcious drug dealing fraud actifties involved as they delete customer complaints.

6. another practice by mexican managers is telling customers they cant have their bags or backpack with them and told to leave it outside or they cant enter the cafe on De La Gerra at state.  this is illegal

3 Cota at state st  they locked the restrooms and put closed signs during business hours. also they put up metal paltes on every outlet so noone can charge any device. ROSE manages this location violating starbucks wifi policy and respect zone welcome everyone whos not welcome in sanctuary santa barbara, CA. 

white americans are told they cant be in there. this is improper english and christina yells this statement at random customers she dislikes including disabled men wanting to buy coffee. she has refused service to lawrence a man with mental disorders but is functional enough to order coffee and pay for it at Cota St at State st.

4 they dont want to honor refills.  if you ask for a refill they accuse you of getting it from the trash and charge double after you just purchased coffee.  refills are .50. biases the employees give out free coffee and refills to their friends but humiliate strangers whom they dont know.  employees steal from the stores
