Star Communications called me to let me know I had been chosen to receive a $500 gift certificate from K-mart and all they needed was a $4.95 handling fee. They assured me numerous times that this was the only fee to be deducted from my account.

Then they told me about Half Price TV and Family Fun Pass and they would send me info about them and I could cancel them after reviewing but would not charge anything.

I called to cancel everything as soon as I saw my bank statement and they said they would send me a full refund in 6 to 8 weeks. I never did receive info on any of their services and almost 4 months later I still have received no refunds. When I call to check on it they say my account is being red flagged for investigation and give it 10 to 14 business days for a check to come.

I have never in my life dealt with such a fraudulent company before and would like nothing more than to see everyone involved with this company to be unemployed. Hopefully more people will file reports with the Better Business Bureau and with their Attorney Generals office and we can all take them down.
