Complaint Review: Starcrest Of California

I have recieved exactly what I have ordered. The descriptions do not imply them to be more than what I get, and I have placed many orders for the "junky" items for various reasons.

Most recently I placed an order in early January 2005 and when I had not received it by the first of February I called to learn when I could expect to receive my order. I was told that it had been mailed and that I should have received it already. They told me they would mark it as lost and re send my order. As of today February 22, 2005 I still have not received either of the shipments.

I called and was told that the order was resent on February 10th and I should be getting it in the next few days. I asked if they had a toll free number, which I was given, and believe me that effective March 1, 2005, they will get a call every day, maybe several a day if I have not received this order.
