Recently my 13-Year-Old daughter who has been a member of the website Stardoll.Com purchased a Stardoll.Com card from Toys R' Us for $25 she had received from family members for Christmas.  When we got home (TRU is an hour away) she went to log in the card and got a message that the card was invalid.  We tried over and over to enter the card with no success.  The next day I took the last day of my vacation and went back to Toys R' Us to get the card replaced.  4 1/2 hours later and an hour later drive home I got 'zero' help from Toys R' Us.  I went to the Stardoll.Com website to try and find a number to contact them and found there is not one, just an address in Stockholm, Sweden and a link to send an email message.  I have sent them 4 messages with no response.  One of the messages kicked back a message saying "Do Not Send Us Spam".  Needless to say, I have not heard anything back from Stardoll.Com and after searching the internet have discovered that I am not alone.  When I tried to send an email to Toys R' Us, I got a pop-up message saying that the website www.stardoll.com was considered 'spammy' and something to the effect of 'fraudulent'.  It would only let me send a message when I removed the .com from after stardoll.  This may be a case against Toys R' Us, as well.  They should not sell a product that they do not back up.  We are rewards members and are supposed to get 'hassle/stress free' returns, but that was not the case on this issue.
