By creating an unlawful quit claim deed to which she, Star Caldaron, as partner with Joy Carpenter, did decieve with larceny by false promise to fearfully sign said instrument.
She then witnessed said unlawful instrument that contained no 'consideration' for me or my family. They, Joy Carpenter, Star Caldaron in behalf of felon, Betty Dugan, did promise to care for my financial needs if I divested 1/2 interest in my fee simple mortgage-free property.
