Complaint Review: Starla Gload Joseph Gload

Beware of the following individuals, they are con-artists posing as fraudulent property owners who rent homes in the San Diego College Area to young college students.  Starla Gload also goes by the alias Starla Lynn Godek or Starla Godek.  Her business relations are illegal and she withholds security deposits from undeserving tenants.  

I have personally taken Starla to small claims court 3 times over a judgement that was decided three times in my favor.  She will not release the judgment amount she owes me, which is less than $900.00 and is playing games with the Superior court in order to make me lose interest in the money I am still owed 10 months after moving out of her property.  

Moreover, in my last small claims court judgment decision, it was formally made known to the court that I was paying rent to a minor for the two year term I rented from Starla (Joseph Gload is Starla Gloads SON) -- yet she is still playing games and challenging the judgment time after time to avoid paying me my deposit back.  

I AM URGING EVERYONE AND ANYONE NOT TO get involved with this woman or any of her affiliates: Milton Dasilva, Matthew Favaing, Rosalinda Godek, Samuel Longnecker, Christopher Gload/Godek just to name a few.

This woman and her affiliates own over 20 homes near San Diego State University and they take advantage of young, first time renters by stealing their deposits for no reason at all.
