STARLING CAPTIAL,

The ORIAN CODE advertisement stated to $250.00 and see the profits come in. When I went online to sign up, it asked for a credit card. I decided not to finish the application. I then received a call from Colin Harper at Starling Capital stating that the setup was to cost $300.00 instead of $250.00. Unbeknownst to me, I didn't know the difference between the ORIAN CODE and STARLING CAPITAL. That is where the confusion started.

I regrettably believe I was taken for a ride. Colin was short and called me once he saw the email requesting a refund of my $300.00. That is when I found out that I had lost $185.00 and that I only had $115.00 of the $300.00 that was going to be refunded. Colin and I started to argue and I hung up the phone because he wouldn’t let me finish telling him why I didn't understand what was going on. I initially informed Colin that I was like a baby when it came to this type of money handling. I told him to "Please take baby steps with me." I don't believe Colin is instructor qualified to teach customers that are new to this type of business.

Misleading information or the lack of information on your broker's (Colin.h.starlingcapital.com) part.  I believe Colin misled me when it came to the trading or investing in online commodities. I thought I was training when Colin instructed me to put money down on Gold, Apple, and one other commodity.  Once this was done, he would say, "Okay, talk with you tomorrow. The next day, Colin would instruct me to log in to my account and walk me through loading another commodity and to confirm what I just did. All this time, I thought this was how the training was set up. I didn't think anything of it. That was until I told Colin I don't want to do this anymore. Colin was quick to say that his company deals with multimillion dollars. He wanted to know, if I wanted to get serious, I could invest $3,000.00-5,000.00 and he would put up another $5,000.00. As it would be, I lost $185.00 out of $300.00 with Colin at the helm. What makes Colin think I would risk $5,000.00? Nowhere in Colin's statement/s indicated that these inputs were live and that I could lose money. Had I known this, I would have wagered less money or asked for more training without the possibility of losing funds.

Colin said that these conversations were recorded. I hope they were. I am confident you will find, in those transcripts, Colin failed to inform me of what was truly at stake. I intend to follow up this email with a formal letter to the Better Business Bureau and whatever news station would listen. If this wrong has been done to me, I can imagine others being taken advantage of. I would take responsibility for not researching this company before paying for someone to mislead me and take my money at the same time. you might not believe your Brokers take advantage of people. I am here to tell you that they do. I would encourage you to listen to the recordings of Mr. Colin and myself and prove otherwise.

Although $185.00 is not a lot of money, . I am glad I stopped when I did.  I will see who I can talk to make sure these brokers are more informative in explaining what this organization does to improve the quality of life, rather than make it seem like it is another form of gambling at a casino. And although I will take my time to write this letter and complain to whoever will listen, I don't believe this company will face any type of reprimand due to the fact that these brokers seem to be from other countries than the USA.

All this happened within three days of trading. Monday (30 JAN 2017), Colin called me. Tuesday (31 JAN 2017), Colin instructed me to put some money down on Apple. Wednesday (01 FEB 2017) Colin told me to put money down on Gold. I did not receive a call on Friday. On Monday, I cancelled the account. I doubt I will see the $115.00
