Starling Capital Grey mountain mngt Multiple Withdraw request refused and delayed, near 2 months Internet
On 3/14 I submitted a withdraw request and was told it would take 7-10 working days for approval and on 3/23, I was told that my request was to large, so I reduced the size of the request and was told the l should have the money within 7-10 working days, yet again. On 4/28 I was reassigned a new person, this one sent me an email only telling me that I would have to reduce the amount again. And promised I would have the money in 12 to 24 business hours. This is 5/6 not one email or call back from anyone from company including 3 supervisors. I have all emails and chat with customer service reps on my hard drive.
