On Fri. Feb.11,2022 I detected a strong odor of gas, and called a hot water tank service man, to come and look for gas any gas leaks. The serviceman  could not fing any gas leaks, but he found that my propane tanks were empty. He asked when did I last fill the tanks? In looking at my bills I saw the last fill up was on Nov. 2021. I'm on automatic refill, every 60 day.

From Nov. 2021 to Feb.2022 that's 90 days, which means that they were 30 days late. I was charged $95.00 by the serviceman to come to my home. I called the company on Mon. Feb.14,2022 telling them that I think they should reimburse me, because it was their negligence in not delivering my propane on time, they refused me.

I've been a loyal customer for 23  years, and this is how they treat the customer. They have many complaints with the BBB for bad practices.
