Contact West Milton State Bank as listed on the check... State of Pennsylvania Attorney General since the check is from an institution in their state. Will notify Attorney General and local law enforcement for my jurisdiction. IF SOMETHING LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.... IT USUALLY IS!
