Mike Maldoon AKA STARPOINT RESORTS OWNER!! allows his management team to tell employees they are making 8.00 an hour,then when u go to work for them you are only making 5.15!!!! they promise weekly pay but weekly turns into BI WEEKLY!!!!

When they do distrubute the checks,You always have to call their accounting department because the checks always end up short somehow!!!they tell their potential employees that they are getting new computers but have them telemarketing on house phones!!!

MikeMaldoon Recieves calls from his employees about the matter and takes it as we as employees are threatining Him!!! Its amazing what you have to go through for a $5oo check!!!

Maintenance fees for the first year were to be billed in two separate
payments, I get billed for the full amount and was told late fees would
be tacked on in 30 days no matter what the sales people told me. Forget
booking and using the same year, it is just not possible even at the
home resort.
The interest rate went to a ridiculous amount, yet I was told that I
could pay with out any additional interest being tacked on. I was
screwed from beginning to end, but it is a lesson earned. My only way
out is to sell it and I lose anything I put into thus far.
