Complaint Review: Starr Tank Linings

I worked for starr tank linings for a couple months, with a hourly rate of $8.00, they are suppose to pay travel time as well as $40 over night pay.I live in south bend indiana, when i first started working there we were working at a plant in gary indiana, I went on a field job to boston massechussets for 3 days, after the job in boston i started another job at a diferant plant in gary.

Out of the whole time i worked there i have only been payed $390, and he has not given me a copy of the time sheets with my hours on it. I have tryed calling him almost every day for the past week or two. He dont answer my calls, i leave messages and he dont return my calls.

When i leave messages i ask him to call me and let me know if he got his checks he was suppose to get this month or let me know when he will get it, and if i can get a copy of my hours so i know how much money i got coming to me. but as i said, he will not return my calls.And i am filing this because it is not right to have people work 12 hour days working hard and steady and not get paid.
