I paid the owner (Detrick)$1500 cash. He was suppost fix all my small dents and replace parts and complete paint job. He did not complete the job, he moved to Washington Ave in the Bronx. After I kept calling to return my car to finish the job, i was told the wether was too bad to complete, after several calls i returned to shop to find out he had moved. 

I have ben looking for him since with no positive results. HELP
