Start Up Essentials - A-1 Leasing - startupessentials.com High Pressure Fast Talking & Then Transferred My Signiture 25 Places, Ripoff Dallas Texas
This fast talking salesman calls me up with the best business start up offer I've ever heard, Said he could give me the best education the best tools and resources and send me a brand new laptop and then set me up in business online all with no up front money.
He was giving me so much information and talking so fast while he had me trying to find his website, I didn't catch everything he was saying. Plus the busy office noise, he said he had to get all the necessary documents signed right then.
So with my mouse I initialed before 10 short little sentences while he was discribing what he was offering. He said something about a lease and business overhead and then told me about this killer laptop that does everything including DVDs & wireless internet.
Then he pointed out 2 places where I tried to sign my signature. From what I read it didn't sound bad at all, But then the following day I noticed a new Adobe Reader icon on my desktop, I clicked it and then I print 6 pages of small print and my signature at 25 different places. A lease contract that can not be cancelled.
Now I am certain I didn't sign my name 25 times. What the hell is this! I immediately came here to Rip Off Report and sure enough I've been scammed.
I'm going directly to the bank and close my account first thing in the morning. Does this mean scamming people like this is legal? I didn't sign my name to all these 6 pages of terms.
How can they put my signature in 25 different places without my approval?
