Complaint Review: Start Up Essentials Colony 1 And A-1 Leasing

I too have been attempting to get software help using the laptop we were required to "rent" for the Web Site to work. The staff is unknowledgeable in helping with my software problem. I call Start Up Essentials and they tell me to call Colony 1. Colony 1 tells me to call Start Up Essentials. They don't know "why" my laptop software is not working and DON'T I HAVE A HOME COMPUTER TO USE!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA I asked them why I'm paying rent on the laptop if I have a home computer to use. They said no one uses their laptop. So why am I renting it anyway?

I TOO WOULD LIKE TO RETURN ALL MATERIAL AND LAPTOP AND BE DONE WITH THIS SCAM. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE INTEGRITY.

I WILL VERY MUCH LIKE TO JOIN A LAWSUIT AND GET THIS OUT OF MY HAIR.

I'M CALLING CHANNEL 5 AND SEE IF THEY WANT TO INVESTIGATE. PERHAPS IT WILL PUT AN END TO OUR NIGHTMARE.

LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE HAS AN ATTORNEY. I NEED ONE ASAP! THANKS
