StartLogic , Double Charged then Refused to Give Refund Burlington Massachusetts

I purchased website hosting services from startlogic taking advantage of a promotional offer of $3.95 per month. Immediately received a confirmation email stating that my order had been processed and I would receive another email within 24 hours with instructions to login to my account. I noticed that this email indicated that I had purchased services for $4.95 per month. 24 hours later I had received no such email.

I emailed their customer support about it. Their response was that there was an error and my order had not been processed. I should simply sign up again. So I did, this time with another user id and another credit card to keep them completely separate to avoid confusion. Also, there was no longer any discount offer. I had to pay $5.95 per month. This time I did get access and was able to login.

Soon after, I discovered that I was able to login with my old user id. The one they told me had never been processed. I checked my credit card statement and found that they did charge me $83.40 for an order that they told me would not be processed. I have since had many conversations via email with startlogic customer support. They are all very nice, but are doing nothing to solve this problem.

Today I received an email from my credit card stating that I had been refunded $26.45 from startlogic. It should be the full $83.40! The account has been cancelled now but they are not willing to refund the money. I've submitted a dispute with my credit card. Startlogic customer service keeps saying they hope I will do business with them again, but everything they do is ensuring that I will NEVER deal with them again!

I sent startlogic an email telling them that I had filed a dispute with my credit card company and that I'd posted on ripoffreport.com The next day I had my refund. Thanks!
