The posting by Hooper from London is exactly accurate and duplicates my experience completely. I've had a website with Startlogic for a few years and never had problems and even reached live service before without issue.

However, since the switchover in December -DISASTER. My website has been frozen. I have been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes 3 times at different hours including days and after midnight with no response.
And yes, the live chat is a joke - totally non responsive, probably disabled. I've left the window open for an hour without any response.

I did send a support ticket in and got a generic response 2 days later that did not address my problem, I have subsequently sent 3 more support tickets and all have been ignored for going on a week now.

The rebuttal must have been bogus and in fact is shameless given the frustration and damage this is doing to my business.

I have no idea how I'll get this fixed but I'd advise anyone to avoid Startlogic like the plague.
