Startlogic ripoff charge made to the wrong account, refused to refund Phoenix Arizona

I registered a domain name for my company using my personal credit card last year. The account was automatically renewed in 2006.

When I noticed another charge in my credit card statement, I contacted Startlogic to request a refund to my personal account. I'd like to give Startlogic my company credit card for the charge because I am unable to get reimbursement from my employer without prior authorization. Startlogic refused to credit my personal account without charging me a $15 customer service fee.

Consumers, be ware. This is a rip off! Do yourself a service by not using Startlogic web hosting!
