Startup Essentials, A-1 Leasing Big Rip off Company Startup Essentials Ripoff Dallas Texas
In April 2006 I received a call from Startup Essential making promises of being able to make a substantial amount of money from the comfort of my home, but so far all I have to show for it is my bank account being deleted $131 per month and I haven't made one red cent.
The pitch was high pressured saying I only had 15 minutes to sign and send information back, which I did that was one of the biggest mistakes I made in my entire life.
In December 2006 I closed my bank account and did not pay for January 2007, I called the leasing company A-1 and told them about my situation and was told by the person I spoke to that they had lawyers looking at ways to try to get them out of contract with Startup Essentials, saying they are making their business bad because they are receiving a lot of complaints.
I'm in the process of sending back my lap top and I am wondering have anyone started a class action law suit against this company because I want in.
If their is anyone farther along than me if you can share some information about what I can do to help resolve this,and what can we do together to help all of us that has been ripped off!!!!

I'm still waiting so we can get together and talk about the lawsuit that has already been started against this company, I would like to know how I can join even if you don't have the time to meet with me it would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to meet the weekends are better for me.

I too am in Lakeland Fl. I have had mostly the exact thing happen to me. I am trying to get out of everything also. There are people who are trying to get a lawsuit started against these companies.
We can't post our information on this forum so I am not sure how to get ahold of you personally. Any ideas on that? I would love to talk to you in person.
