On March 28,2007 Cheryl called me at my home telling me that they had a home business for me to look at. She then Let Nick talk to me at 1-866-552-8845ext 8695. Who made the deal sound so good. Showing me a site on Yahoo and how it on the first page of the search and telling me "see where that is on the 4th line our websites are always on the first page so more people see you" He said things like "If you can't make 180.00 a month then you shouldn't be in business" "We'll send you a free computer if yours isn't working" basically promised me alot.I felt pressured to get the program.

Then he transferred me to Dahlia who gave me her number as 1-866-605-0272 ext 617. I fell for it signing up for the program online that night. On March 29,2007 the next day I had a bad aching pit in my stomach thinking, How can I afford 180.00 a month i'm barely making it now.

So I called Nick and told him that I wanted to cancel because I felt I couldn't afford it. Nick went into a speech telling me he explained everything and that everyone the next day does this after thinking and talking with family members and that the program really works. Again I told him I wanted to cancel. He told me you can't cancel as it is non refundable and can not be cancelled. I told Nick that I had three days. He told me that if he had come to my house maybe but that this was online and that I had signed paperwork and repeated on the phone that this is non refundable and can not be canceled. I told him I would have to see the contract. And again told him that I wanted to cancel. He hung up the phone.

Well I still haven't received a contract via email as told to me by Nick. I've contacted better business bureau of Texas and am awaiting a response. I've also contacted JPMorgan Chase which is the company they use and let them know not to issue any credit to myself or hubby. And on the 30th am contacting my personal attorney with possible fraud tacts used in pressuring me into this program. If there is a lawsuit filed please let me know i'm in. If my attorney files i'll let you all know.

Yesterday I called A-1 leasing at 1-616-243-7463, and after explaining what had happened to myself A-1 cancelled lease. I also received an email today with startupessentials cancelling my lease and requesting all products set by startupessentials be returned. I had already done that so I called customer service and gave them a tracking number so they could tract their package and it was confirmed by startupessentials customer service that indeed my package had been received. So people call A-1 leasing and see if you can or can not get out of your lease. I"m not sure if circumstances are different for everyone. But, I had not even opened my product and no money was ever deducted by company from my checking account so funding had not been activated in my circumstance. I had not even tried product.

Just to let everyone know what i'm doing here it goes.I filled a report with the BBB,FTC,FCC, I'm calling tomorrow 3/30/07 the FBI, My Attorney General as well as Texas Attorney General, I've called USA Bank and left a message to return my call, I've called JPMorgan Chase Bank, I've filed a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission, I will be checking my credit report.I'm Reporting them for theft identity if anyone from usa,jpmorgan,bank usa or any other bank which they are associated with has had any unauthorized use of my credit as I did not give permission to run my credit, and Of course tomorrow or rather this A.M. i'm going to my personal attorney, my bank, and then the media will be notified in every state that I can think of it. Oh I haven't received anything from them and am not signing anything as received. and if they just happen to drop it at my door I will send everything back, computer and any other thing they think they will be sending me. And if they start calling me to harass me i'll make sure my attorney sends a nice letter to stop that.
