I had told the salesman on the other end of the phone that I was a computer illiterate, but he had assured me that StartUpEssentials would help me overcome that small problem.

After signing the lease agreement via the internet, I was excited and looking forward to learning how to have an online business. (Didn't know what kind of business, but they were going to help me with that, too.)

Well, long story short. whenever I called them for help, I would get either a busy signal or a voice mail box. The recording told me to leave my name and number and someone would get back to as soon as possible. (My phone call was very important to them.. that's what they said, anyway.)

I tried to contact them 35. yes, 35, I kept track! times in one night. You see, I had made up my mind that I was going to finally have an opportunity to talk to a live person. Well they won. I lost. It's been almost a full year now and I have yet to get my first return call from them.

How can these creeps continue to fleece the American public? Don't our officials care? I called the Washington State Attorney General's office and they told me to contact my attorney or take the company to small claims court.

I changed my checking account. I can't see paying a dead pig! I now get threatening letters and phone calls from Coface Collections North America, Inc. in Metairie, LA. I've turned it over to my attorney.
