Bought it in October as a Christmas gift. The tablet would not start on Christmas morning.

Starzmart was completely useless giving me the run around. Claiming they cannot provide tech support because no one speaks English; meanwhile telling me this in English, their website is English, they have contact numbers in the UK and US and they have an English facebook page. Despite all that, they cannot provide tech support for me. It has been almost a full month of exchanging e-mails just trying to get the files so I can flash the tablet.

I asked for a refund or exchange, they stated "Because neither refund nor replacement based on returning the product is not recommended. Because returning the product is a time-consuming and troublesome task. What's more we don't need to spend the expensive shipping fee which is avoidable to sort this out. Your understanding is highly appreciated."
