Complaint Review: State of the Art Properties / Atheer aka Art Poota

Art Poota demanded we give him $4500 in cash for the security deposit.  We had a fire and the insurance company paid for our housing.  Art advertised this home in Warren making our family believe it was up to code.  Instead, there were rodents and plumbing issues damaging our home .  when our insurance company paid the rent, Art pocketed and stole the money without paying the landlord.  Art received the money and he was the property manager.  He never repaired and kept sending shoddy repair workers who didn't speak English or understand us.  

He is a crook and con artist! I heard he and his companies did the same thing to dozens of tenants.
