state auto state mutual Company everyone should avoid. wish I could but their client Hit me. Colombus Ohio Nationwide

I  was involved in a car wreck on March 29, 2014. Their Insurance came onto the scene when the wreck happen. that following Monday I received a call from the company for details on the wreck, By that Friday my estimate was done ready to go in the shop. That was April the 4 2014. By that Monday I received a Nasty phone call from A Thomas Nezbitt because he found out I had to go to the hopsital and was injured, that was when the nastyness started. For weeks I have been trying to get my car fixed and my rental car paid. I called differnt surpervisors to no assistance. They was. It was suppose to be an adjuster out the first week of April. Now I'm still in a Rental that they refuse to pay for or trying to get my car fixed. On April 18 2014 I got in contact with my insurance company since my car was in the shop just sitting while I'm paying for a rental I can't afford. That being said Now the want to send an adjuster out since my Insurance Company called whicj is now April 23. 2014. still no car fixed and i'm paying for a rental.  Then told the body shop don't fix the car until they get back in touch with him. Now it's April 29 still haven't received the check for a rental which the don't want to pay or for the payment of my car. Every time I reach out to someone it's the same man who calls me back and that Thomas NEsbitt who lied on the paper work and said I never reached out to him until April.18 2014 to report the accident which is clearly a lie. By that time I'm trying to reach out to cooperate office several times with no call backs but redirected to the same person. By talking to several people I found across differnt boards I found out I'm not nearly the only person who had this problem with them. Since their client hit me they feel like they can treat me like  garbage because i'm not the one who pays them monthly
