"Cash For Clunkers" State Sponsored "Title Bond" SCAMS

Obama's "Cash For Clunkers" scams are still fraudulent linering effects on low income Americans that seek older vehicles.

The State is deliberately forcing victims to provide a bond of a vehicle "Title Bond" which forces the vehicle owner to engage in a "Third Party" contract on their own vehicle.

Who is the "third party"? Well, of course, it's the corrupt STATE.

It makes the state the actual owner of a contract of a MINIMAL amount of $5,000.00, regardless of the price of the clunker, indebting the vehicle owner to the state for 4 years of a debt of $5,000.00 if anyone comes forward to claim the vehcile is actually their property. It's a scam.

The States DMV Offices should all be investigated to see HOW MANY VEHCILE TITLE BONDS HAVE BEEN COLLECTED ON by the states and the tile bonding agencies. The list of collections should be named in a class action lawsuit against these state agencies for fraud.

Either a person has a reciept of a vehicle, or they don't. The tag offices have the capability to check to see if a vehcile is stolen and all of the titles, ownerships etc., but, they are using these tactics to make money from the "Title Bonds", a HUGE STATE SPONSORED SCAM !
