State Consolidation Group- Richard Burnes- Sandy Moore, Ripoff Dishonest- Richard Burris said he was refunding my $983.56 after not granting me the loan promised. I have called for 4 weeks left messages. He said I should have gotten it within 2-5 days 1-3-06. Baltimore MD
State Consolidation Group, Represenatives won't return my call since they promise me that my refund would be returned to me after the lender required that I must pay the Insurance Premium before lending me $5000. It wasn't a requirement per Richard Burris and Sandy Moore before I was instructed to wire $904.56 (plus $79 wiring fee)to Mark Willis, in Canada. After,the loan wasn't transferred into my account within 24 hours as promised. I called and was told that I had to pay the Insurance of $600 before getting the loan. I cancelled and asked for my money back and have not received it as of this date. They won't answer the phone or return my calls.

This is a scam. There was no loan, there was no private lender. All they wanted was your money. It is illegal to ask for money up-front to fund a loan.
You will never see these people again, or your money.
