Complaint Review: STATE FAIRS HOME SHOWS

STATE FAIRS HOME SHOWS INTERNATIONAL HOUSEWARES INC. IHISHOWS.COM I have been trying to contact them about replacing my vaccuum that I have had for 5 months. The filter broke off and the floor cleaing head broke off. No one answers the phone and no one returns my call. Warwick Rhode Island

I was told when I purchased this Red Smart Vac for 64.99 that if I had any problem with it (I spoke with Chris at the Wisconsin State Fair) just contact them and they will replace the unit.

 I have only had the vacuum for less than 5 months and the floor cleaning attachment broke and the dust cup won't stay in-the switch is broke off.  The vacuum does not stand by itself so every time I lean it against something while cleaning, it falls to the ground.  That is probably why it has broken in such a short time. 

When I call, no one answers.  When I leave a message, no one returns my calls.  I just want my vacuum replaced because it is a great vacuum.
