Stopped in to check on my refund for the insurance that I had paid for 9/09/2012. The agent said he would mail out a cancel insurance check. I just received a check for $73.28 and I paid $167.77 on 7/21/2012. I called and was told that I couldn't cancel my insurance even thou I didn't have the vehicle. That was not what I was told back in July when I called to cancel.
