I received an email with the subject Arrest Warrant from Alicia Roy. When I opened the email there was an attachment, an Arrest Warrant for me for the charges of Violation of Federal banking regulation.

I was about to call the number, but then decided to go online to investigate and I saw the Ripoff Report by someone else. The only difference in my letter and the letter previously filed on Ripoff Report is the telephone numbers.

Its either a SCAM to get money from you or its a SCARE TACTIC meant to get you to pay on a loan you may have defaulted on. While its a bit scary to see something like that, NO state agency will issue an Arrest Warrent that IS NOT issued to a police/state authority. PRIVATE CITIZENS DO NOT GET TO APPLY FOR ARREST WARRENTS!!!! So if you owe on a loan, pay it off. If you do not owe on a loan and this is CLEARLY a scam, contact the FBI and their IC3 unit. This way you can start the ball rolling to get them arrested for the scam.
