Complaint Review: State of California U.S.A

I worked a tough job for 2 years, always paid my taxes and unexpectedly got laid off on 9/30. I filed my claim the same day and obtained all required information from payroll person. I registered /w CalJobs, posted my resume, applied to jobs and even provided record when not needed, answered the phone interview on time and made sure I did all other requirements. I had a 7 week waiting period for a "false claim" from another job i worked for and felt i was forced to look for better work under the failed promise for better pay. I waited the 7 weeks then they demanded the $1000 for the 3 weeks they paid me for the prior claim and said fine, take it from another 3 weeks after the 7 week period ($342 a week now, so 3 is more than enough). weeks ending 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/3, 11/10, 11/16 i waited my 7 weeks. *I mailed ALL claim forms on time and correct no problems!!! I said where is week ending 11/23, they said it is taken towards overpayment from prior claim, ok fine..so I expected 11/23, 11/30, 12/7 to pay that. IT IS NOT 1/9/14 AND DESPITE LOOKING HARD FOR MY JOB I AM WITHOUT INCOME. WHERE ON EARTH DID MY WEEKS ENDING 12/14, 12/23, 1/1, 1/7 GO. THEY IGNORE MY PLEASANT RESPECTFUL AND CLEAR EMAILS I SENT TO THEM. THEIR FRAUDULENT DEPARTMENT TELLS ME CANNOT ANSWER CALLS AT EXACTLY 8:00AM AND 8:01AM??? I PAID TAXES TO THE STATE AND THEY LEAVE A HARD WORKER ON THE STREETS FOR NOTHING? I AM THE FIRST ONE TO DESERVE THAT MONEY, I WORKED MY A** OFF IN FINANCING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ESTIMATING FOR 4 YEARS AND THEY ARE HOGGING EVERY PENNY WHEN I GET LAID OFF AND NEED THE TEMPORARY HELP. I AM ANGRY NOT JUST FOR MYSELF WHO FORTUNATELY HAS SOME HELP, BUT FOR OTHER PEOPLE IN MY SHOES WHO DON'T HAVE THE HELP?? I WOULD NOT EXPECT ANYTHING IF I DIDN'T PAY MY TAXES. THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO STAY UNEMPLOYED BUT THE PRINCIPLE AND LAW THAT IS NOT BEING FOLLOWED BY THE FIGURE WE LOOK UPTO, A STATE OF AMERICA!!
