John G. Yaklin, President of State's Recovery Systems continues to admit his company's error. However, reluctantly he did change the original erroneous amount of 2,085.00 to 951.31. This was only after State's Recovery Systems, Inc. was challenged via the Better Business Bureau of Greater Sacramento.

This is still not satisfactory. Why? John G. Yaklin continues to authorize his company to report erroneously although he has been shown the mathematical errors the company has made. In essence, State's Recovery Systems, Inc. was and continues to report erroneously, and only partially corrected his company's erroneous reporting. The correct amount should have been reported at approximately 204.00.

This complaint has been submitted to the Office of the Attorney General of California, and although the Office of the Attorney General of California does not represent individuals in their complaints, the dishonest, deceitful, and unethical behavior of John G. Yaklin and his company is noted in their office, and could be used to assist in future consumer complaints.

There are several complaints on this company per the BBB's website. However, consumers may not be aware of www.ripoffreport.com and may not be aware of their options.

My hope is as this case continues against State's Recovery Systems, Inc. that more consumers will become aware of this company's deceitful, dishonest, and unethical practices and will challenge this company in the efforts to assist others.

A complaint has also been submitted to the FTC on this company, as the fight for justice continues.
