On Thursday May 21, 2009 me and five other friends went to a restaurant called State Street Grill in San Diego.

When ordering the waiter asked me whether I wanted fries or salad, but failed to mention they was an extra charge. They didn't split the check up properly and my friend paid the regular price other than the happy hour price she was entitled. Outside the building there is a great big sign that says Sushi is discounted during happy, but once my friend ordered she was informed that that is only during the month of April. Also one side had to wait and extra 20 minutes to get there food.

I ordered twelve dollars worth of food and left a 3 dollar tip, which equaled out to fifteen dollars. The next day I checked my bank statement and they had charged me eighteen dollars, meaning they wrote in an extra three dollar tip. Not only that, but there was a separate charge of sixty-niine dollars from the same restaurant as well.

When I spoke to the owner he said it was the banks fault and not his. He refused to give me back my extra three dollars back and I'm still waiting to hear from the bank about the sixty nine dollars. Overall the service was very horrible and their business practices are criminal and unjust.
