Complaint Review: Statefarm Insurance

My husband had a statefarm insured pull out from a stop sign into his lane of traffic after locking the brakes they still hit. This 80 year old man was in a hurry even telling both my insurance and statefarm he thought he had enough room to pull out and he misjudged.

Statefarm says it wouldnt of happened if my husband was not following to close. HELLO following to close they are just trying not to pay even though they admit their insured said it was his fault want my evidence but wont show theirs. Dont get hit by someone with State farm they will screw you some how.
