Statement Models Three months later I have not been paid Indianapolis Indiana
I worked a promotion for Allen Knauer and this company on Thanksgiving Day in Miami. Since then I tried everything in my power to contact them with no response. They do no return phones call or emails. I contacted the vendor that hired Statement Models directly and found out that they had paid the agency via wire transfer in advance....they even showed me the receipt. I worked on a national holiday three months ago and have not been paid. They owe me and the other two girls that worked $300 each.
DO NOT be ripped off by this company. I too have filed a complaint with the Better Business Buraeu. I too will take legal action against them if I am not paid soon.

I did in fact receive payment from this company after my postings on this site and the Better Business Bureau. But, it was four months after I had worked, not four weeks, as I had been told upon accepting the job. In the said time there was no repsonse to my inquiries on the status of payment. I left many voicemails and emails with absolutely no response. I received one email in mid January telling me that a check was being sent in one week. (This did not happen). In my quest for additional contact information for the company, I discovered that this company (same contact, address and phone number) operates under several different company names...many of which, I found complaints for that were identical to my own.

We had explained to Lauren at the time she completed the booking that this job could take longer than most to be paid. Her assertion that we were paid in advance cannot be independently verified by this site and should have been removed. She was paid, according to the terms of the agreement she signed, long ago.
We no longer list Lauren on our active roster and wish her well.
