We were mailed an advertised incentive news letter from S.I Nissan and wanted to take advantage of their offer.  The letter said to come in 2/12/10 - 3/1/10 which we did.  We sat and spoke with salesman Timur Ten.  We sat with him and Priced a new 2010 Maxima which he gave us a great price, gave us his card noting in his writing to give us 8,000 off the MSRP.  We said we will be back before 3/1 and we did go back 2/27.

When we got there he acted like he never saw us, and backed off on his offer.  We asked to speak to his manager, he said he had a few and there were no managers there.  I asked for their names and he said he could not do that.  Now a manager hears me and Mr. Shawn Kasai comes over.  I show them the letter they sent me which states that they wanted to buy back my 2008 Toyota Camry and give me 100% of my cars current fair market value.  He then tells me I was lucky to wholesale price for my car.  They lied and told me that they could not give me the price of the new car as they told me even though I had it written on the back of the salesmans card which he wrote. This letter sent to me was useless and they refused to do anything they had on this letter.
