Newspaper ad offered loans up to $$25,000. Called and received an application. After application was received I was asked to call a Mr. Simpson and notify him when I faxed completed application. At that time I was told to Wire by Western Union $745.00 as payment on first two payments of loan and this amount would be refunded to me to credit to my first two payments on loan. Money was to be sent to Michael Hinde, Pickering, Ontario, Canada.

Mother talked to Mr. Simpson and took instructions and sent money as agreed. she repeated back to him several time as to accuracy of message. Money was received and Mr. Simpson called back and said it was wrong amount and $500.00+ dollars was to be sent in addition because of $9.00 error. Amount on contract was $754.00. Mr. Simpson was asked to return the money and keeps making excuses that it will be two weeks and no money has been received and I do not expect any money to be returned. I have all copies of transaction and will be happy to send to whomever to investigate.

Company kept money that was originally sent to obtain loan. Kept pretending they would return it but never did. Outright theft. Hope this can be stopped.
