Statewide Processing Statewide Litigation, Stateside Billing, UBS Proccessing, Crosby Billing Services, National Processing Corp, NCFI and Associates Fraudulent collection agency and process servers Jacksonville Florida
These people lie about being a collection agency and process servers. It is not a legitimate company and they operate under several names. They have been running this scam since as far back as 2013, perhaps even earlier.
Here is how their scam operates: 1. Robocall to victim with a case number about collecting legal documents. When victim calls back, tell them they owe money on a payday loan from years ago that was never paid. It is almost always from CASHNET USA (I suspect that one of the fraudsters worked for CASHNET USA at some point and stole a bunch of personal information) 2. Tell victim that they are being sued and have an upcoming court date and will be served "legal documents” later that evening. 3. Offer to settle for a lesser amount to avoid lawyer and court fees If you receive a call from them, do NOT pay. Report them to your state attorney’s office. They are very bold with this scam.
For several days, I kept calling them repeatedly because I wanted to gather as much information as I could about them. At least six of them are involved in this. I have a recorded confession from one of them saying "oh you’re mad at us because we scammed you”. One woman even dropped the n-word. They are also associated with a fake law firm called "Jacoby and Ellis”. When you call the number listed for Jacoby and Ellis, the voicemail says you have reached "Goldstein, Weiss, and Ellis” so they aren’t very smart scammers.
Based on my research, I found that National Processing Corp is associated with a woman in Jacksonville named Elexis Rivera. She has several charges for fraud, theft, assault, child endangerment, on her record. Her sisters Nadeene and Jelissa also have extensive criminal records and are associated with these businesses as well. I can’t understand how they are allowed to defraud so many people and are not yet behind bars. If you get a call from them, be sure to report them to all the relevant authorities. I will not rest until they are all behind bars.
Here is a list of their working numbers that are valid as of today: 855-248-6758 855-209-4679 855-210-1862 855-209-9809 855-205-9541 523-488-5338 (associated with the UBS Processing scam) 843-473-7324 855-205-3403 855-211-5778 If you want to tie up their phone lines and slow down their scamming a bit, just keep calling them repeatedly.
