I signed up with State Wide Warranty and dealt with a guy named Keith Goodman, he was fine in the beginning, when I needed service for my pool heater, they authorized someone to go out and fix it to the tune of $575.  They were billed, after time went by, they were called and said check was in the mail, some time later called again, they said a form needed to be filled out, it was done and sent in. Now no one answers the phone, all you get is a machine that says ,"you are first in line".  I think this is a call center.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they took my money and disappeared and not I'm out the $475, I paid and the $575, for the heater repair.  I have now tried for 2 days at all hours of the day and no one is there.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF.
