I tried to return a Stauer Diamondaura Rock of Love Pendant # 27097 for mfg defect. Stauer put me on the phone forever, and left me on hold for a very long time. Then they refused to allow me to swap out a # 27097 for an exact same item # due to the fact that I was not pleased with the quality of the Stauer Rock of Love Diamondaura pendant. I just wanted to swap it out for another one with the same item number. I was treated like a second class citizen, and I buy a lot of things from Stauer.

 

Stauer Jewelry and Waqtches has some nice cheap costume jewelry, but you are not going to be taken care of properly by Stauer if you have a return, even if you speak to a supervisor.

 Typical CONsumer BS. Odds are that YOU tried to return it AFTER the return window has closed. Meaning that no matter WHO you spoke with, THEY are NOT going to have the authorization to process a return AFTER the window has closed!!! Customer service DOES NOT mean break all the rules and policies in place to make YOU happy. The customer is NOT always right!!! YOU need to remember THAT!!!! The "customer" can and does quickly turn into a 'SCAMMER" the moment they don't get their way. Much like YOU are doing. YOU were told "NO" they cannot return the necklace YOU ordered because its beyond the time frame. BECAUSE you were told "NO" YOU think its perfectly alright to go on the web and spew YOUR particular brand of nasty at them for NOT giving YOU your way!! Thankfully, if they chose to, THEY can take YOU to a civil proceeding and punish YOU for WHAT you wrote. YOUR first amendment rights DO NOT superceed ANYONE else rights!!! YOU are using YOUR freedom of speech to pretty much LIE online. Ok maybe not "lie" but definatly twist the truth to fit YOUR view of reality. So it IS lying, just not OVERT lying. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO TWIST THE TRUTH TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK LIKE A BETTER VICTIM!!!! AND you leave out that little bit of information that not only shows that YOU were trying to SCAM them into giving you your way, but would give the FULL picture of what actually happened. As is ALWAYS the case. YOU FIRST claim a manufacturers defect, THEN YOU claim........ due to the fact that I was not pleased with the quality of the Stauer Rock of Love Diamondaura pendant. THEN you claim..... I just wanted to swap it out for another one with the same item number...... So which is it??HMMMM??? What your tale of woe tells everyone is that YOU liked it JUST FINE!!!! Why else would YOU want to exchange it for the EXACT SAME ITEM?? No odds are that YOU screwed up the necklace somehow and TRIED to use "Its a manufacturer defect" when in reality YOU BROKE IT!!!!! ISnt it funny how someone who WAS NOT there can see all of this??? It just goes to show how transparent your lies are!! NOT A RIPOFF HERE!!!!! This CON sumer just wanted someone else, ANYONE ELSE to take responsibility for the item THEY screwed up and when they did NOT get their way, THEY went on the web and LIED!!!! Try again because NO ONE is going to buy the story YOU are telling.
