Stay away from PersonalizationMall.com!! *UPDATE ..4 months later, nothing, ..nothing but a bunch of crooks
PersonalizationMall.com is nothing more than a con artist. They post all of those fake testimonials from "satisfied" customers. I can testify to the fact that they are lies. I received a spam e-mail from them a week or so before Valentine's Day. Still needing a gift for my wife, I decided to check it out. What a mistake! I really liked the products that they had to offer.
I found something that I thought my wife would really like, so I ordered it. That was on February 8. Oh, and by the way, they GUARANTEED that any order placed before February 12 would be delivered on or before February 14.
A few days later, I checked my order status. It hadn't shipped, but I wasn't alarmed. But then came February 13, and it STILL hadn't shipped. I knew that it wouldn't be here on time. I tried to call the company's telephone number. I got a recording saying that all operators were busy, and was sent to a mailbox to leave a messaged. They promised that they would return my call within 24 hours. Yeah right! It is now February 27.
Over the past 14 days, I have called at least 50 times and left a couple of dozen messages. They haven't returned a single call. I have also sent tons of emails. All they do is send me the same, automated message saying that my order is being processed and it will ship out tomorrow. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

Well, it's now April 4, two months later. I still have not received my order, and I still haven't received a refund even though I have asked for one repeatedly. I hope that no one reading this will consider doing business with this company. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks that will steal your money just like they did mine!
