stay here play here Reservationists for Clarion water park resort in Orlando . All I wanted to do is pay for a vacation and they refused my money! Internet

 I called Stay here play here, and spoke to Jennifer to book 3 rooms for April the 6th and Jennifer did not get my reservation correct she sent me a confirmation email that stated i wanted 1 room for 3 nights.  i kindly called back and tried to correct my reservation and left a message on Jennifers voice mail and asked her to call me back.  I did not hear from her so I called back and waited 45 minutes for a representive and it just so happens that Jennifer picked up.  I stated to Jennifer that the confirmation email was incorrect and she stated that she realized it and corrected it. she then proceeded to tell me that my new confirmation was in my email.  while eating on the phone.  I asked her to confirm my reservation and she told me that she booked me for 1 room for April 6th.  As I began to explain to her that that was incorrect she proceeded to get baligerant and told me that thats not what I said .  I am fully aware of the amount of people going and the amount of rooms that I requested and she raised her voice and told me that that is not what I said.I then asked to speak with a manager and she hung up on me.            I called back and waited now an hour just to speak with a manager.  Finally when a rep got on the phone and I asked for management they asked me to hold and forgot to mute the phone.  I then hear the female representitve say "Hey Jennifer they want to speak with a manager!!" Jennifer replies "F*** that B****"  The rep then puts me on hold.  I wait another 10 minutes and Fannie gets on the line. she stated that she was the manager and that she could help me. Meanwhile in the background I can hear people laughing.  I asked her who that was laugfhing in the background and she said that they were children. (Yea OK?!!)  I kindly told her of the mistakes that jennifer had made on 2 confermation emails and how she was eating on the phone and got rude with me.  She apologized for her actions and asked how she could help.  I informed her that I need 3 rooms for the night of April 6th.  Then i asked if I am going to get some sort of discount due to the fact that Jennifer lacked customer service skills, was extreamly argumentitive and was smacking her dinner in my ear.  Not to mention  I had to wait on the phone for over 2 hours just to make a reservation.  She said No that the rates were really cheap as they are.  I agreed and informed her that I am going to file a complaint on Jennifer.  Fannie then stated that if I file a report that she is not going to book my reservation!!! I was absolutely appoled that I have a credit card in my hand ready to book a vacation for my family and she refused to take my payment.  She said she was going to send me a cancilation email and to have a nice day.  I told her that that is not what I want to do.  If she can please book my reservation.  She proceeded to tell me that she is not going to book it.. My children are looking forward to go to this waterpark for months.  As a manager she did not try to rectify the situation at all.  I then stated that i will not file the complaint if she can just please book the reservation.  She said "NO, I do not feel comfortable doing so"  As a customer I am dumbfounded that they are refusing my money and business let alone break my childrens heart. I asked to speak to someone else in management and she refused to put anyone else on.  Fannie said " This is as far as your going to get"  I insisted that she book the 3 rooms for me and that I have my payment ready.  She said that she is not going to book the room and that she was going to send me a cancelation email. Then she hung up on me.               I called back and a different rep picked up I then tried to make the reservation and the girl , that refused to tell me her name, told me that she was told that if I called not to book my vacation.  I can not believe that this company "Stay here Play here" would conduct business in such a manner.  I would like some resolution to this matter.
