I received a free trial from Stay In Touch, as a result of signing up with Capital Vacations, however I never asked for the membership. The free trial came in a letter that explained in order to cancel the trial I had to call a toll free customer care number.

I did that and only got a voice promt asking to press 1 to cancel the trial. I pressed 1, then a second voice prompt said that my request had gone through and all future billings would be cancelled and/or stopped. A few weeks later I caled my bank to check on my balance and my acount was negative $90. Stay In Touch, went ahead and on 11/19/03 took out $49.95.

I tried calling their customer care number again, and again just got the prompt. There was never an option to speak to an actual human being. Because of them I am out $49.95 plus $30.00 that my bank charged me for being negative. I still don't know hot to get in touch with this company. Does anybody know?
