I have had the same problem as a few of you. I do not know how this company got my credit card number or any information for that matter. They were taking 49.95 out of my account and I didnt know what for. So i called the toll free number to cancel it and it would not cancel and they took another 49.95 out of my account. Well I recently became diabled and I cannot afford this type of payment especially not knowing what it is for. I absouluteley am at a loss, so I closed my bank account. I hope anyone else that has had this problem has had better luck than I have.

There was a phone call made around May 14 due to charges found on my credit card, they were not authorized they were cancelled before the risk free trail ended on the automated system avaiable after hours. There was two charges withdrawled on my account, one on May 14th for $149, and the other on May 20th for $59.95, and that overdrawn my account. I couldn't leave my account negative so I put money in it to fix the negative which they have collected now for the $59.95. When I called to see why the withdrew the money after I cancelled through the automated service, they gave me a hard time saying that the cancellcation never went through. I had to call three different places to cancell three different programs. I had a witness on the phone while I cancelled the programs, and I am still waiting to be credited. I need my money back that they took out to pay bills, plus I am disputing the overdraft fees, because they were not suppose to take any money out, because of the fact I called and cancelled through the automated service at least four times, and they are not seeing that in there files.
