Complaint Review: Stay Today Inc. Airbnb

I stay at airbnb everywhere all over the world. Often as an influencer I am even paid to stay at 5 star resorts and so this experience at Stay Today's apartment rental in Ft Lauderdale was terrible. First of all, the name of the property title is Paradise home and it is the farthest thing from paradise! When I got there there was 5 HUGE trash bins over flowing with garbage it looked like it had never been taken out in years. I had to park next to that and it was directly in front of my side door, so I reported it every day and the management didn't take care of it for a full week, despite the fact that they told me every day that it would be taken care of that same day. Besides that, the sink leaks in the bathroom and at first I didn't know if it was the shower or the sink so by the time I figured it out, I reported it to the management, then they said why didn't you say something sooner? I told them I had been reporting the trash for a week and they never took care of that so I felt they are likely not going to fix or handle any things that are reported, as that was what they were demonstrating from the start. 

My car in the drive way got so covered in the DARKEST GROSS bird s**t ever and I had to go pay to get it professionally cleaned, but now I don't want to stay there bc the place is a horrible place to stay and the manangement is not nice. 

I asked to please check out early since I had prepaid for a month and requested a partial refund for the remining balance and the refused. I told them I will leave a bad review to let the world know how bad the place is and they said go ahead. They continue to refuse to provide any good customer service and although they never came and fixed the leaking sink, they said if there becomes damage from their leak, they will charge me fees for their damaged s***ty sink. 

This is just over the top bad service and bad experience. 

I also talked to a man who lives in the apartment next door, he said its always like that and that trash was over flowing for a long time with no one taking care of it. 

I am strongly discouraging anyone from ever staying with STAY TODAY at any of their properties, based on the way they treat people so badly.

Hope you don't get sucked into this terrible rental bc now I feel stuck in a place i don't want to be and that is the worst feeling ever.
