Complaint Review: Staybridge Suites Las Vegas

This hotel on their website promises to reimburse you if they cannot accommodate you with the room reserved.

Unfortunately, they do not honor their guarantees and in my situation they continue to come up with excuses to avoid reimbursement.

the hotel will cancel your reservation and not email you. Once you arrive at hotel they will say they tried to contact you even though they had email address and didn't email.

The management  team at this hotel are  insensitive and unwelcoming.
