Steak 'n Shake Added 15% Tip After the Fact in Addition to Cash Gratuity Arlington Texas
A 15% gratuity for my party of 4 was added to my bill after I crossed out the tip line on the check and wrote the original total on it. I left a 23% cash tip (the service was good), and the receipt I have does not show any added gratuity. The bank statement shows otherwise.
