Complaint Review: Steak N Shake

Was employed here for a very short time. The manager is the most difficult person to get along with (Tammy) yells at her employees like they are children, treats them like crap and wonders why no one respects her. She needs a whole new attitude adjustment, because at the rate she is going, she will have no employees that are worth keeping and the restaurant will go down hill and she will abruptly fall along the wayside. These useless no talent managers should have to past some kind of personality test before they are promoted to ruin their employees lives by having to come to work to be treated like @#$%! for no pay.

This restaurant is a mess. Just disgusting. I can not begin to tell you. After I saw the kitchen and the food on the floors, the walls, the mess!!! Just plain filthy. Then had nerve to try to clean up the restaurant before her boss came. If you keep you restaurant clean and if you were a good manager, it would stay clean every day. DO YOUR JOB!!! I would definitely not refer anyone to work or eat there from what I have seen!!! UGHHH!!!
