I called within the trial period to cancel but I was talked into keeping the service. I had lost track of time and was beyond the trial period. So I went ahead and used the trading service for the remainder of 2017. I lost money on every trade I placed. I would have been happy if I could have broke even and made my $1950 back but I lost about 1/3 of my funds in the brokerage account as well. All the trade recommendations were flops.
There were no winning trades and I have asked for a refund even a prorated one. I was turned down and my subscription was canceled and the maintenance fee was refunded. I was given permission to use the service for 2018 but that is all. This was suppose to be a lifetime subscription.

Almost got me. My father passed away a year and half ago. I am disabled and I work cutting hair with a bad back to supplement my income after my father passed,because he was helping me before his sudden death. I also have a mentally disabled son, and I was ecstatic to hear of this simple possibility to our very real problems financially. How dare you ! I was going to invest into the basic program, and yeah its least expensive..... obviously! All, I was doing is wait until my SSD CK to arrive on September 3rd, then realized excitingly I could invest on the 28th next Tuesday payday.......$30 my not seem like much to YOU !!! ITS A HALF A TANK A GAS FOR ME!!!! There is a special place in hell for people as yourself, right up next close to child molesters....yep, that's exactly how low this is. In my opinion,and you deserve every bad misfortune that comes your way. SCUM !
