    STEALTH SOLAR IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK, EVERYONE IS SO CLOSE, WARM AND FRIENDLY!  THEY ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE TO EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE AND THEY WANT US ALL TO BE SUCCESSFUL BOTH AT WORK AND AT HOME. THEY WANT US TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS WE CAN FOR OUR FAMILIES AS WELL AND THEY ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE IN TRAINING AND COACHING TO MAKE US SUCCESSFUL.  NO OTHER COMPANY HAS EVER DONE THAT FOR ME AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE WE ARE PART OF THEIR FAMILY .

THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND DIDN'T DESERVE SOMEONE TO GO AND WRITE SUCH A UNTRUE, IGNORANT REPORT AS THEY DID. STEALTH SOLAR ISN'T ONLY THERE FOR US, BUT FOR THEIR CLIENTS ALSO. THEY WANT EVERYONE TO SAVE MONEY AND HELP THE ECONOMY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. EVEN THOUGH NO ONE THINKS IT IS LEGIT. ANYONE WE CALL, REALLY NEEDS TO LISTEN AND LET THEM SHOW YOU WHAT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT. IT IS 100% TRUE YOU WILL BE SATISFIED AND MORE UNDERSTANDING AS TO WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER.

THIS IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS AND THEY ARE ALL ABOUT FAMILIES AND SAVING MONEY AND ENERGY FOR EVERYONE IN OUR COUNTRY. PLEASE DON'T LISTEN TO ANY NEGATIVE REPORTS ON THIS COMPANY FOR THEY ARE 100% UNTRUE AND THAT IS A GUARANTEE. AS OF KEVIN, HE IS AWESOME, WE ALL LOVE HIM HERE. HE NEEDS AN APOLOGY. WHAT WAS SAID IS SO UNCALLED FOR AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. HE'S THE BEST. THE OWNER FRED, ALWAYS COMES IN AND SAYS HI TO EACH AND EVERONE OF US AND CHEERS US ON IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY.  "GO STEALTH SOLAR, WE LOVE YOU!"

My name is Michael and I have been a current full-time employee with Stealth Solar for a number of years.  In my time with the company I have never witnessed the allegations in this report I have come to extremely respect the owner Fred Richie and Kevin Evans who is one of management and the other management of the company not only because they treat the companies clients with care and respect but they also value the companies employees.  Stealth Solar has made the work environment a comfortable, safe, and non-stressful place to work.  My personal pay has never been short and my pay has always been on-time. 

Kevin Evans has become a good friend over my time with the company and he is one of the nicest and caring individuals i have ever met.  He is also a fantastic husband and father to his family.  Even though I am an employee of Stealth Solar if I have ever had hard times come in my life Kevin Evans and his family have been there to help in any way they could.  I appreciate them and every they have done for myself and other members at Stealth Solar.

Above all, Stealth Solar is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work for and I would recommend employement with the company to others. 

This report has been designed to create havoc, hate and discontent towards a company for wrongful reasons.  Negative comments like those in the report this rebuttal is for hurt more than those mentioned.

Why? The only reason this was done could only be in retailiation from those that have been let go from stealth solar!!! 

So let me be the one to let you know that this company has been and still is a Blessing to not only me but to anyone that has been fortunate enough to have what it takes to be an employee!!!  I can say this from experience and will testify to it in a court, live, and to God himself.

Why? Because for the last year I have worked at Stealth Solar.  And throughout the entire time I have been here not once have i seen one person be let go for anything other than not performing the necessary requirements. And believe me thats not hard, atleast 3 demos a week, not hard to do at all. Yes , you get paid for your hourly $10, bonuses (demos, which are on your checks weekly), bonuses paid depending on when sales is completed so YES that may take alittle while!!!!!! But YOU ARE PAID REGARDLESS.

If you're struggling you are helped in every way possible before you are let go, so at that point nothing else can be done, this job isnt for everyone!!!

Yes, there was an employee(in management) who followed some of the accusations posted in the report and is no longer here at Stealth but that should prove that Mr. Richie truely follows in correcting anything jepordizing his employees, staff and company !!! Something I experienced and can say for a fact!!!

From the first day i have been here Kevin,Mr.Richie and others have done more to help me in situations that have unexpectantly manifested, and could have cost me a job if I had been anywhere but here.!!!

Truely thats something that rarely can be said in any work place, especially if your employment has just started with the company.

But I can say this today and anyother day!!! I was and am Blessed!!!! to be an employee here at Stealth Solar and ...

Anyone who chooses to be involved with this company can and will only experience the upmost respect, honesty and satisfaction in whatever you parttake in!!!

HELLO MY NAME IS RACHEL I HAVE WORKED FOR STEALTH FOR TWO YEARS , RECENTLY WE HAD A NEW MANAGER COME IN TO OUR JOB TO BE THE NEW MARKETING MANAGER IN HIS 6 1/2 WEEKS HE CAME IN IT WAS A LIVING HELL HE IS THE ONE WHO MADE IT A BOILER ROOM TYPE OF WORK SINCE AT HIS LAST JOB THAT IS WHAT HE WAS KNOWN FOR , HE WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE A NEW HIRE A CHANCE IF YOU LOOKED AT HIM WRONG OR GIVE HIM FULL ATTENTION THEN YOU COULD BE NEXT TO BE FIRED FOR NO REASON, IT WAS SO BAD I MYSELF PUT IN MY TWO WEEKS NOTICE CAUSE I CAN NOT WORK FOR A INDIVULE LIKE THAT .. NOW TO MR KEVIN EVANS I CAN SAY HE IS THE BEST BOSS IN THE WORLD SO IS HIS WONDERFUL  WIFE WHO WORKS HERE IN THE OFFICE AS WELL THE TWO OF THEM KNOW I WAS ADOPTED OFF THE INDIAN RESEVERAVTION AND REALLY DON'T HAVE A FAMILY THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM PART OF THERE FAMILY AND IT HURTS ME TO SEE A EX EMPLOYEE WHO SAY SUCH THINGS ABOUT HIM AND HIS FAMILY, AND HOW CAN YOU JUDGE SOMEONE WHO IS A CONVICTED FELON DOENS'T EVEYONE DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE AT A JOB IN LIFE AND IF THERE WAS STRIPPERS HERE WOULDN'T YOU BGE GLAD THAT THEY FOUND A BETTER JOB OTHER THEN STRIPPING THE COMPANY DOES NOT DECRIMINATE IF YOU ARE A HARD WORKER THEY ARE WILING TI GIVE YOU A CHANCE COMPARED TO MOST PLACES SO HOW CAN YOU BELEIVE SUCH LIES FROM A EX EMPLOYEE

  Crazy how some one would go so far out their way to say something so bad about nice ppl. Its very clear that someone lost their job & dont know how to take it. If anyone ever feels that bad at a job they would quit asap. I myself am a single mother of 5 kids. Ive been here for going on 2 months now. & from the employees to the managers, to the main owners, I've gotten nothing but help & respect from everyone in the buiding. They've gave me help in more ways then one. Have went out their way to help others keep their job & has let me come to work early so i can get the extra help i need to succeed at my job.

  The things they said about the employees i take offence to because im employed here now. Ive never been convicted of anything & never done any of the things we were accused of. I love & enjoy my job & dont plan on working anywhere but here. I travel too far to come to a job i love. If i didn feel safe & very well respected i would'nt be here today. Nor would i be on this site responding. With every great company & good hearted ppl there always comes 1 or more haters out there. I hope you guys take the time to find out what good ppl their are here at Stealth Solar before you let one person (who obviously could'nt do their job correctly & took it to heart after being fired idk) change your thoughts about us as a company. I think our progress this year speaks for its self ;)

I am a current employee as a telemarkter at Stealth. The environment here is not at all hostile. Everyone including veteran callers, management, upper management and the owner of the company are all incredibly motivating, helpful and caring about the telemarketing team. You are expected to perform, JUST like at any other job. The performance requirements are completely reasonable. If you are struggling, they want to help you do better not just kick you out and hire someone new. They go through several different ways to mentor and guide you to better performance.

The other telemarketers are hardworking single parents, college gradautes, or currently in college from various walks of life. Personally, I have a masters degree in the arts and I'm supplementing freelance work with this job. Difference of religion and culture is embraced. The telemarketing management daily motivates and rewards the team through games and drawings. I have never heard of anyone being underpaid.

The pay and bonuses are excellent for telemarketing. Bonuses come on time as promised and paychecks are never short or late.

As for being sexually harassed, I 100% believe those are false claims against Kevin. He is friendly and supportive of every member of the team but  not in a way different than the other male or female members of management. He asks how your day's going and jokes around, this is the attitude of the whole company. We like each other here! 

If any team member felt they were being harassed, it would be immediately be dealt with. I know Frank Rickie or any of the management would not put up with any out of line behavior from a member of the staff, no matter their place on the totem poll. As a young woman very sensitive to such behavior, I have NEVER felt uncomfortable with any of the staff or management.

The last lines about his physical appearance are just plain rude and mean. They have no substance to judge a person's work performance, personality or morality. Secondly, they have no substance to judge a company. Who cares what any of us look like? We believe in this company, know we are truly helping homeowners and the environmment, we treat people fairly.

If I had one line to defend Stealth and Frank Richie against this report it would be this: The management from top to bottom treats the telemarking team in a respectful and caring way that makes us happy and eager to work hard and produce results for the company.

What more could you ask for than that?

Listen to all the haters out there talking smack about stealth solar you have no idea what your missing this company is a very honest trustworthy business to work for and if your not here working for us thats because u urself wasnt an honest and trustworthy person to start off with and we seen right thru your b.s. so back to the slums you go. Stealth Solar helps the homeowners in the state of arizona to permentley reduce their high utlilites with no outta pockect cost. If theres any problems its nothing stealth solar can't handle so with all the negativity goin around i dont know if i should thank u or just say go to hell obvisiously we as stealth solars employees are doin something right to have our name all up in your month so on that note i can say thank you for thinking about us, but please with all the negativity focus on why you spend so much time on the internet wondering why u r the way u r blogging unnesscessary things about anyones life or business start off with the man in the mirror  honestly thats were the negativity starts. Stop spreading ur disease of hatred and go get your prorities straight.

Stealth Solar has been my place of employment for 2 years.  The mean and nasty things that the person(whomever she is is writing) is definatley a false claim.  When you start working at Stealth Solar, it is more than a job, and a paycheck every week.  You get a family.  You find people who truly care about you and all of your needs.  Take it from me, when I first started with this company I lived in a homeless shelter, and try to hide the fact, because I was ashamed.  The man you are talking about Kevin Evans, who has become more like a father to me than anyone could be told me never to be ashamed, and made sure that all of my needs as well as my childrens needs were and always met.  There has never been a time when he has degraded me and made me feel like a piece of dirt.  Yes I get lectures from time to time, what good friend would not give you a lecture when you mess up.  Kevin Evans is what I call a true friend and someone that I am so proud to know.

Another example of how this company truly works is about a year ago I got very sick and wound up in the hospital.  Fred Ritchie along with everyone else made sure that I had everything I needed, and even gave me a paycheck the following week(when I didn't even work).  You see the people here at Stealth Solar truly care.  What other company can you go to and they find out you are hungry and you find lunch sitting at your desk???  That is exactly what happens here. 

I have never seen or heard of anything so crazy in my life.  Like I said I have been here for 2 years and not planning on leaving anytime soon.  People always say that the grass is greener on the other side, and maybe that is true for some but not for this girl.  Stealth Solar is my home, and I am here to stay.

Hello my name is Tyrene Webb. I have been employed with Stealth Solar for two months! During my time here I have been treated with respect by the owner,employees and staff members. We notify homeowners of a program called the GO GREEN NOW PROGRAM. I love my job and will continue to be the best Employee I can be here at Stealth Solar. We work as a team and motivate others to move forward. I am highly upset that someone will lie about the employees and safety of Stealth Solar.

The was a time when working here I lost my paycheck money and the Owner Fred Richie gave me money out his pocket to help me! I was grateful for that being a Single mom trying to live and be a good Employee. Thank you boss man. I will continue to be the best Employee I can be working for Stealth Solar!
