I am an occassional investor in internet start ups. Recently I went to an Angel pitch event and heard about a new "cyber security" company called www.stealthpath.com. At the time it seemed interesting so I started to do a little due diligence on the company and the people behind it. What i found was that the Vice President, a guy named Chuck Engle, was one of the principles behind the company. He apparently was also associated with another fraudster named Steve Repetti who has many reports on this site and is a well known con artist in the start up community (Google: Steve Repetti to see what I mean).

The company makes alot of big claims as to what their technology can do, but it is ALL a SCAM!! And, unless you have a very knowledgeble background in programming or cyber security you will have a tough time proving their technology even works. They also claim to have a bunch of engineers from the aerospace and defense industry and that they are based out of washuington DC. I could not find any evidence to support those claims. Don't trust this company or this dude Chuck Engle. If you do, it will be at your own peril!

StealthPath and Chuck Engle is NO SCAM!

My name is Chuck Engle and I am Vice President of StealthPath Inc.  I feel it is a shame to have to come to this website and explain why the poster is wrong in putting false information of this site.

The poster is concluding I am part of Steve Repetti and his bad dealings with startup companies and has NOTHING to do with StealthPath Inc.

1.  I was with a company, Play2Shop that was looking for investors.  The president of Play2Shop and myself went to a pitch meeting and met Steve Repetti.  He wanted to invest in Play2Shop and we were excited to have an investor with interest in us.

2.  We did not know anything bad about the deal or his bad intentions.  He was good to us and completed the website programming he promised.

3.  I left the company to persue another job (StealthPath) and made sure I taught another employee to take over my position.

4.  I only found out about Steve Repetti's bad dealing with Play2Shop a year later and never suspected him because of his complience with programming at the time (I am technical).  Play2Shop and Chuck Engle are the ones that got scammed by Steve Repetti!

5.  NOW, StealthPath has nothing to do with Play2Shop or Steve Repetti and is up and running with a Partnership with IBM.  StealthPath has been funded now and just to think I only went to 1 angel pitch outing.

I would like the poster to call me or contact me in anyway so we can resolve this false information that has been put in the media.  I am not mad, just alittle shocked that someone would post without talking to me.  I never thought it possible for me to be on the bad side of this website.
